Coastal Computer Services will try the best to cater for all the hardware sold under warranty and minimize the replacement time if the particular hardware is in stock. CCS understands the frustration one goes through while dealing with warranty issues, therefore, we will do our best to help you out .

 

 

Product warranty only covers for defective computer hardware for one  year from the purchase date.

 

CCS does not cover for labour unless clearly stated.

 

Opening the computer case or removal of hardware installed by Coastal Computer Services may void the warranty.

 

We provide a 12 month (RTB) warranty on all our hardware unless stated otherwise.

 

Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at CCS’S discretion.

 

CCS will void warranty if any product has been mishandled, modified or interfered by unauthorised personnel.

 

The removal of any factory seals, serial numbers, or warranty stickers will void the warranty.

 

Warranty does not cover for damage to other equipment used in conjunction with these goods.

 

CCS will not be responsible for any loss of data or software in case of hardware failure.

 

Failure to provide original dated invoice / receipt for the defective hardware will result in delay or refusal of warranty.
